As a graduate of the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork I completed a 600 plus hour program focusing on Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Prenatal Massage.
Whether I am running, biking, practicing yoga, or just being a mother I am giving so much energy and physical exertion to the sport and to others. I believe we need to give the same if not more energy to ourselves and our bodies.
Through massage we are able to achieve many physical health benefits as well as opening ourselves up to a more healthy spiritual and mental wellbeing.
