For the past 25 years I have been working in the advertising and marketing world, as well as raising my beautiful daughter.  Several years ago I decided to follow my heart and true passions to study and start practicing hypnosis and Reiki. Through my research and studying I learned about and fell in love with HypnoBirthing. I knew right away how invaluable hypnosis techniques are for birthing mothers because of my own incredible transformational experience I had birthing my daughter while using hypnosis. I couldn’t wait to become a HypnoBirthing Certified Educator and share these techniques with as many new mothers as I could.  I also continue to train and practice daily in Reiki Energy Work and have found it to be very healing personally and for my clients, family and friends and pets.

I offer 75 minute Reiki sessions for $60 and HypnoBirthing 4 week classes for $298 per couple.
