Getting Started

It can be a little intimidating to begin your journey into yoga, so we are here to answer any questions you may have without judgment (there are no silly questions). Whether you want to find out if yoga is right for you, or learn about the history or benefits of yoga, or request a tour of our studio, boutique and wellness center we are here for you. We’ll be happy to listen to your needs and guide you to classes that will suit your personal goals. You may email any questions to info@inspiringactions.com or call our studio at 715-381-3148.

Congratulations! You have found the inner strength to take the first step on your personal path to wellness through the practice of yoga. Inspiring Actions is committed to providing a safe environment for entry level students. We suggest you take Yoga 101 our introductory series. This is a four week program where you will dip your toes into the healing waters of yoga. Yoga 101 will teach you the basics so you can build a wonderful foundation for your practice. We also have beginner’s classes, and level 1 classes on the schedule. We will be happy to guide you into the class that will work best for you.
