When someone is stressed or feeling overwhelmed their breathing tends to be shallow, maybe rapid which further stimulates the body’s stress response. Through the techniques of this workshop, employees will learn how to slow and deepen their breath, which activates the body’s “relaxation response” creating a more alert and energized workforce.                 

60 Minute Focus Workshop or Series
This Focus Workshop or Weekly Series takes your employees deeper into their breath work and introduces a variety of meditation techniques; guided, mantra, steady gaze etc. This workshop or series will enhance the concentration, listening skills and performance of your staff. In fact studies have found a direct correlation between concentration exercises and the performance of sports professionals. This workshop can clear and strengthen the mind, as well as, improve the physical health of employees, reducing the negative impact of a chaotic or cluttered mind, sick days and health care costs to your organization.

60 Minute At Desk Exercise Workshop
This At Desk Exercise Workshop is designed to enable your employees to relieve the physical and emotional stress of their bodies and minds. Dressed in normal work clothing, employees are guided into simple physical stretches that can be done at their desk. These exercises target the areas of the body most often impacted by desk/computer work. Employees also learn deep relaxation exercises including proper breathing and concentration techniques.

Nutritional Wellness Workshops

Our Nutritional Wellness Workshops or Series provide a variety of topics that support the health and wellness of your employees. Employees can learn how to jumpstart their metabolism, make healthier food choices, discover hidden sugars and fats in so called “healthy foods”, etc. Obesity is an American epidemic costing corporations $39.3 millions each year in missed workdays according to the Get Fit America Foundation. These workshops vary from 60 to 120 minutes.
