Inspiring Babies
Inspiring Babies was developed to promote healthy moms and babies from the time of conception all the way through pregnancy and after birth. We do this by offering Hypnobirthing classes, pre/postnatal yoga, baby yoga and nutritional support.
Pregnancy brings many changes to a woman’s body. By practicing yoga during pregnancy, it helps to relieve the discomforts of those nine months and prepares the body for childbirth through hip opening exercises, meditation and breathing techniques.
Once your little miracle arrives, enjoy yoga with baby. Yoga with baby allows parents to get into shape while spending one-on-one time bonding with their baby. Your baby gains strength and coordination, improved digestion and improved sleep patterns.
HypnoBirthing®
Inspiring Babies has teamed up with Lotusbaby to provide HypnoBirthing® classes. HypnoBirthing® is for familiess who wish to experience a natural, safe, calm and unmedicated birth that allows women to use their natural instincts to bring about an easier and more comfortable birthing experience. It is a stress-free method devoted to helping you learn through self-hypnosis, deep relaxation techniques, and special slow breathing the “art of letting go” and opening yourself to the joy of experiencing birth calmly and serenly.
Fit to Deliver
This prenatal yoga class is offered through Inspiring Actions. Each class has circle time to discuss the joys and difficulties of pregnancy. Circle time is followed up by a yoga practice. Students will do prenatal yoga poses with modifications in mind for each trimester of their pregnancy. Yoga postures will focus on breathing, flexibility and strength. The class ends with a relaxation period to let go and just take a break.
Mommy/Dadday & Baby Yoga
This yoga class is a perfect fit for new moms and dads who want to get back into shape while bonding with their babies. This is a perfect blend between yoga for mom and dad, baby yoga and baby massage. We recommend the class for infants 6weeks and up (until crawling.) Moms please consult with your doctor before any physical activity.
Crawlers Yoga
This class is great for babies who are crawling and on the go! We introduce more poses, songs and games in this class to help with baby’s development. The movement that we do in class will help baby sleep better, improve digestion, turn fussiness into happiness, promote a healthy lifestyle, strengthen parent-child bond and increase body awareness.
Baby Nutrition
Every parent wants the best for their baby, especially when it comes to providing a healthy start in life. Maria Emerich gives expert advice on what nutritious foods to provide and how to prepare them. As a nutrition counselor she’ll help guide and educate you on what’s right for you and your babie’s healthy diet. |
